When trying to open Xara Photo & Graphic Designer 9, there is a pop up intro window that does not fully load and does not have the option to exit out of it. The software states at the bottomof interface "99% complete, Adding colors to document..." and is stuck there. I am unable to get past this popup to use the Photo & Graphic Designer 9 software.
