I installed in the XP base environment. I tried to install in Windows 7, but Eaasi kept getting stuck while trying to shut down the windows environment. It gave me a message about configuring the service pack and froze when getting to 30%. I tried to save the environment 3 times but had the same error each time.
When trying to open the Agent component, I get an error that says "StartServiceControlDispatcher failed!" and the program does not open.
