The software comes with a manual that has different chapters and lessons and some of the lessons correspond to files in the folders that come with the installation.

The default save location and save file format depends on what type of file you want to save your project as.

I also copied the folder named manual and clipart from the disk onto C:\Program Files\SoftKey\Project Manager Pro.
